Not just that, I've been on a trip to Stratford and we went on a backstage tour in the theatre for Hamlet. And guess what? We didn't see David Tennant.Damnit... I was really looking forward to that too. Yet another let-down in my already slowly decaying life. OK I admit, it isn't as bad as it sounds. I have food and I have holidays and I have those idiots I call friends. Hell, I even have broadband internet (that doesn't work) how better can life get? This much: my friend has a millionaire uncle on his deathbed!
NOT.
So, if I get any time inbetween my weekly community service at the library and my dance class and my mountain of homework and my amazingly full calendar I will I promise to update SOMETHING! Don't lose faith yet!

Wowsers, I feel old. OK, slight exaggeration. I feel minutely taller and more experienced and clever-er than my friends. =P Clever-er isn't even a word - is it? =) Smarter. Yes, that's what I meant. Just proves my lack of a brain cell. =) Smiles and nods head in a dopliy happy fashion... "Lalalalalllalllaallalalallalala... Well, I'm 14 today. I had some friends over, that's all. I'm not into discos like some people I know. Haha... we watched Rocky Horror, I've never seen it before. I might just be mentally scarred for the rest of my miserable existence. =D Anyways, besides that we had a great time watching this random thing called Catface and this other thing called Mr Christmas Pudding For A Head. Freaky. Then we danced to YMCA, Agadoo, Conga and Superman and stuff like little kids. *evil laughter* I enjoy watching people squirm. Mwahahahahha!
Woohoo! And would you guess what? I actually made some new grahics today; consider yourselves priveliged. Um, yeah... It's nothing much - just 6 icons - but, oh my golly gosh, when was the last time I properly updated? When I upload them, that is. Which will be tomorrow. *slaps face* Damn.

___ As ever, the Internet seems to have a mind of its own. Me and my mum have tried ganging up on my dear old padre to call in the bigwigs who know what they're doing but dad is adamant that the problem is due to all 'the young hooligans' or 'your lot' or, quite often, 'them teenagers' being on it and slowing the system down. I've tried to explain to him that that's not quite how it works. That would be a more accurate description of a dial-up connection.
I think.
I've even given a tip on how to show the scratches to a good standard. It's below the preview on the brush page. =)
When I eventually get my camera sorted (or a new one) or get the printer sorted (or a new one), whichever comes first, I'll be able to load those images I took whilst on holiday and create a 'stock images' section too. And make more brush packs. Just remind me to nag mi padre. ;)
Also, with the new printer/scanner hybrid thing, I'lll be able to scan some stuff in too, making stuff much easier. I might even set up a new site. Just a little portfolio of my stuff. On Freewebs. Because I need a small introduction to it. =D 'Stuff' as in my drawings, doodles, photos, little articles on things that I feel strongly about, a few other things as well.
Hehe, I've already planned what my layout is going ot be for Halloween. Talk about thinking ahead! =P Miss Organized - that's me. My aunt asked me yesterday if I do things in a set pattern and if I think in straight lines. which I told her I don't, I think in circles and that's probably why I get more things done quickly and easily and also why my bedroom is very untidy. She just looked at me blankly. Big surprise. =|

___ Let's think... school holidays, what is there to do besides SCREAM! at your computer 'cos the internet is so damn SLOW!? My dad says it's because there's a lot of people using the internet right now. But my friend's internet is working as fit as a fiddle. Though that's a contradictory similie, because fiddles aren't alive so therefore can't be fit. *sigh...*
So, does anyone have any goodsuggestions? You know, regarding the site, how I can get my internet working, book and film recomendations? My voice is going hoarse - *choke*
I've added that tutorial on Photoshop Actions. So you can (if you want to, of course) click HERE! to go there and take a look. I admit that it is slightly confusing so there's a little shoutbox at the bottom where - if needs be - you can ask a few questions. =)
Now then, what else to do? Go and talk to The Mother, The Aunty and The Cousin or sit here and make some stuff? Such a hard choice. I could always become an internet monk and chain myself to the computer, wear a habit and write psalms about the joys of broadband. But then I wouldn't be able to see my bezzies. =(

___ Sorry, my connection to the internet is as s-l-o-w and unwieldy as ever. I won't have time to set up the requests today, but I might squeeze it in the next few days or so. In my 3 days (ish) absence, I have made 2 blends for you.
I've also started using Photoshop Actions! They're surprisingly easy. First, I didn't even know they existed, then I hated them 'cos I didn't understand them, and now here I am practically worshipping them! We all love Actions, it's the way that they're made.
Also, I might add a tutorial on how to make and use Actions so if I were you, I'd look out for that sometime. If anyone has any more questions, you're free to ask away! (Because I'm lame at explaining things the first time, and if I do actually get my point across the first time, you lose it in all the rabble. I just try to shorten my blogs so you can actually make some sense out of them - sorry if you find them boring.)
